Desktop Appraisals provide a faster method of valuation that relies on customer-provided specifications and condition reports.
Lease Residuals estimate value over the life of a lease. Residuals are calculated using a number of current factors – including, but not limited to, resale history, the economy, anticipated mileage/hours, and condition.
The most commonly requested premises of value are:
- Fair Market Value (FMV) – Willing buyer and willing seller, both aware of all relevant facts with no compulsion to buy or sell.
- Orderly Liquidation Value (OLV) – Willing buyer with seller under duress, both aware of all relevant facts and with some time constraints.
- Forced Liquidation Value (FLV) – Willing buyer with seller compelled to sell under time constraints.
