We would like to inform our customers that all of our locations will remain open during these ever-changing times. While other industries and businesses may be temporarily shutting down, the trucking industry is considered “essential business” and we will remain open until further notice. The products and services that Housby provides are essential to our clients, and to the transportation community as a whole. We remain dedicated to serving all of you.
The safety of our clients and staff is our first priority. Therefore, we respectfully ask that customers dropping off vehicles or picking up parts at our Des Moines facility, to remain in their vehicles and call upon arriving. A team member will come out to assist you and get you back on the road even quicker.

The following action items have also been implemented to help safeguard our customers among our open facilities:
- Hand sanitizer is available in all departments and customer lounges.
- We will be cleaning our customers lounges and high traffic areas, including restrooms, frequently throughout each day.
- We have expanded our parts delivery for customers, and an increased utilization of drop boxes to reduce public contact.
Regarding Housby Online Sales and CTOS Sales, we will continue on as scheduled.
