ActiveCare Direct (ACD) is Volvo’s telematics monitoring and fleet utilization service offered directly from us – free for a year on applicable new machine purchases. Your machines are monitored 24/7/365 with our CareTrack telematics system. Thousands of data points are captured and sent to Volvo’s Uptime Center in Shippensburg, Pennsylvania where our team of trained data analysts monitors them in real time. If a machine requires attention, the Uptime Center communicates with HOUSBY so they can respond quickly. You’ll receive a monthly fleet utilization report to identify areas to improve worksite efficiency, avoid unplanned downtime, and catch problems before they occur. No need to log into a confusing portal or decipher raw data, because with ActiveCare Direct, we take the noise out, saving you time and money.
