Housby is excited to announce our new state-of-the-art facility, located just inside Ankeny city lines, is up and running. This location now houses New Parts, Service, and Sales for both Trucks and Heavy Equipment. We've been working hard planning to ensure all of our customers will be well taken care of, and this requires space curated for various industry types. Central entry for all customers entering the dealership | Over 16,000 sq ft with 9,000 sq ft of high bay pallet rack storage | 2 30' tall vertical storage lift systems reducing the square footage required, each holds 61 trays that are rated up to 1200 lbs | 3000 sq ft dock space for inbound/outbound freight, scales, pallet storage, etc. | One trailer-height loading dock with dock seals and leveling system | One ground entry loading dock
