HOUSBY'S NEW FACILITY IS COMING SOON
Housby is excited to announce our new state-of-the-art facility, which will be located just inside Ankeny city lines. We've been working hard planning to ensure all of our customers will be well taken care of, and this requires space curated for various industry types. See below for the project overview, Phase 1 renderings, and progress shots!
PROJECT OVERVIEW
PHASE 1 IN PROGRESS
PARTS, SERVICE, SALES
With 41 service bays and 180 parking spots, Housby's new facility will have enough space to accommodate our growing community, with thought-out plans for all trucks and equipment types.
We are also excited to include dedicated classroom and training space for our Housby University students.
PHASE 2
PAINT SHOP & USED PARTS
Housby's new Paint Shop and Used Parts warehouse will be conveniently located just down the road from our main facility.
Customers can anticipate even quicker turnaround times with our 22 paint shop bays, 76' double paint booth, frame and alignment machine, and 6 tear down bays, just to name a few of our amenities.
PHASE 3
HOUSBY CORPORATE
The last phase of this project will be to create new corporate office space, just north of the Parts & Service facility.
To maintain the convenience for our quick lube customers, the Housby Truck Lube will remain at 4755 NE 14th Street, just at the crossroads of i80 and i35, directly off of exit 136.

41 bays with space to work efficiently (3 oversized for HHE) | 2 CNG bays | Overhead cranes covering a total of 33 bays, including the HHE bays | 4 trollies/hoists rated at 7.5 tons each and 26' hook height | Air conditioning | Radiant heat in floor under work bays | Snowmelt system in front of write up doors and main sidewalk | 2 climate controlled write up bays capable of holding 4 trucks inside | 2 wash bays
PARTS
Central entry for all customers entering the dealership | Over 16,000 sq ft with 9,000 sq ft of high bay pallet rack storage | 2 30' tall vertical storage lift systems reducing the square footage required, each holds 61 trays that are rated up to 1200 lbs | 3000 sq ft dock space for inbound/outbound freight, scales, pallet storage, etc. | One trailer-height loading dock with dock seals and leveling system | One ground entry loading dock

Over 5000 sq ft of dedicated classroom and hands-on training space | Dedicated display bay for new and used truck or equipment walk-arounds for pre-delivery
